Role Description We are opening a selective partner network to collaborate with independent professionals who are in regular contact with companies building or scaling their tech teams. This opportunity is designed for individuals who want to monetise their network without taking on operational or delivery work. This is not a recruitment role. It is a commercial partnership focused on identifying relevant hiring situations and facilitating qualified introductions to DeepTech Recruitment. In this context, a relevant introduction means more than identifying a company with open roles. It requires a direct connection with a decision-maker involved in hiring, and a prior interaction where the potential client has shown a clear interest in engaging with an external Talent Agency. In practice, this involves recognising companies facing growth, technical hiring challenges or team scaling needs, engaging with the appropriate stakeholder, and confirming alignment before making an introduction. From that point, we take full ownership of qualification, commercial discussions and delivery. Responsibilities Identify companies building or scaling tech teams Recognise relevant hiring situations (growth, new teams, leadership hires, technical bottlenecks) Engage with hiring decision-makers to understand their context and assess their openness to working with an external Talent Agency Introduce qualified and interested contacts to DeepTech Recruitment Maintain a high standard of relevance, context and professionalism in introductions DeepTech Recruitment handles all qualification, commercial discussions, execution and delivery. Qualification Criteria We prioritise relevance and quality of network over volume. This partnership is best suited to individuals who meet the following criteria: Direct access to hiring decision-makers You are regularly in contact with founders, CTOs, Heads of Engineering or leadership teams involved in building tech teams. Exposure to real hiring situations You are able to identify when a company is scaling, opening new roles, or facing challenges in hiring technical talent. Strong positioning within a professional ecosystem You operate within startup, scale-up or tech environments, either through recruitment, advisory, consulting or operational roles. Ability to make qualified introductions You are able to engage with contacts directly and introduce opportunities where there is a genuine level of interest and relevance, not simply pass along lists or unqualified leads.
