We are looking for a
Visual Merchandiser
to join our team in La Roca on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for executing Burberry's Visual Merchandising directives within the assigned store. You will ensure that corporate visual standards are maintained, with a focus on putting the brand first, being customer-focused, and driving productivity. You will support retail colleagues daily and collaborate with store leads on visual actions.Responsibilities
In partnership with the store team, execute the monthly corporate Visual Merchandising guidelines, ensuring key investments and visual principles are represented.Follow guidance from the Visual Merchandiser or Manager to plan and implement bi-monthly window displays, monthly refreshes, and in-store installations according to standards and timelines.Understand Visual Merchandising expectations and directives thoroughly.Collaborate with the visual partner to adapt directives for local store needs, optimizing productivity.Familiarize with all visual communications, guidelines, and brand initiatives, and communicate these to the store team as needed.Build close partnerships with regional VM, store management, and wider VMA community to make informed visual decisions.Contribute creative ideas for visual styling and elevate standards.Personal Profile
