In this role you drive end-to-end software delivery and implementation projects, combining hands-on technical leadership with delivery ownership. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and act as the main technical and delivery liaison for clients, ensuring high-quality, on-time solutions. You will shape architecture decisions, oversee SDLC practices, and continuously improve delivery processes. • Lead end-to-end software implementation delivery (backend, frontend, and/or OutSystems).
• Serve as Technical Lead and Delivery Manager, ensuring technical quality and scalable solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (devs, QA, DevOps, analysts).
• Own project planning, scope, timelines, risks, and delivery commitments.
• Act as main technical and delivery contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Participate in RFI/RFP processes, including technical proposals, estimations, and solution design.
• Oversee architecture decisions, code quality, and adherence to standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, methodologies, and team performance.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
Responsabilidades
• Senior-level experience (8+ years) in software development and delivery roles.
• Strong technical background in: Backend (Java, .NET, Node.js), and/or Frontend (Angular, React, Vue), and/or OutSystems.
• Experience managing software implementation projects (front-end, back-end, and/or OutSystems).
• Experience as Service Delivery Manager, Technical Lead, or Engineering Manager.
• Solid people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience in RFI/RFP processes, including technical documentation and client presentations.
