We currently seek a Sales Director to lead, develop and implement sales strategies and plans, in order to achieve highly levels of sales, profits and wide customer base.

Key Accountabilities
:Develop and implement sales strategic plans to achieve business objectives and ensure the sales strategy is in line with the overall strateg
yCommunicate sales plan and targets to the sales team and provide them with sufficient training inputs, guidance and motivation to achieve targets successfull
yReview marketing plans for the Company and ensure they support sales objectives effectivel
yIdentify new business initiatives in the market which can be converted into revenue generating opportunities in line with the business objective
sMonitor sales process (aspects such as initial customer contact and reception, clarification of need, identification of prospect, follow up on initial contact, final closure of sale and quality of sales documentation) to ensure quality in the entire proces
sDeal with critical problems, major customer complaints or issues that may be escalated and ensure prompt action or decisions for timely resolutio
nEstablish and maintain a network of business contracts and relationships in the regional and international context to increase market awareness, sales prospects, and to obtain critical market/competitor intelligenc
eReview and monitor the sales figures against forecasts, analyze and interpret trends and capitalize on data to maximize sales and profit; make changes to the strategy/approach, where necessary, to adapt to unexpected changes in the business environment and communicate the same to the Division Hea
dProactively promote the Company's projects through alternative direct sales channels (i.E. exhibitions, road shows, networking events, Government institutions, etc.) and participate in promotional xbhjioe events to network with corporate and high net worth potential customers towards the aim of achieving sales target
sProvide direction/guidance and motivate subordinates across the Department to enhance performance and produce quality work; ensure the subordinatesare continuously developed for higher level
