Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in Spain.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within the logistics and supply chain sectors. Conduct market research to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing excellent service and support. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our logistics services.
- Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the customer.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market demands.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management, detailing progress against targets and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably within general forwarding.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Deep understanding of the logistics and transportation market in Spain, including key players, trends, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative and drive.
