The company is Transitioning the southern cluster from a relationship-heavy legacy style to a data-centric, high performance team environment.Scope of responsibilityRegional Strategy & TransformationTranslate corporate targets (EBIT, RONA, ESG) into regional execution plansBuild an integrated, end-to-end value chain across all sitesDrive shift from site-based to unified regional operating modelLead footprint optimisation, site specialisation, and automation strategyOwn regional CapEx roadmap for long-term competitivenessOperational ExcellenceDeliver TPM, OEE, and bottleneck improvement across plantsStandardise operations into a single European modelLead Industry 4.0 adoption (AI predictive maintenance, robotics, automation)Supply Chain & Cost OptimisationImplement centralised planning across supply chain and productionOptimise product portfolio using 80/20 margin focusReduce logistics inefficiencies and inventory costsDesired ProfileMaster’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field + MBA is preferable.A leader who can build and coach plant manager across the various sites.Must have lived and worked in multiple countries.
