About the TeamThe IT MKT & Sales BP team plays a key role in developing and evolving the platform used by our multi-country contact centers, an essential pillar of our business strategy. In close collaboration with the Marketing & Sales teams, we turn ideas into action through robust, high-quality code. Operating under Scrum methodology, the team works in two-week sprints with daily ceremonies, guided by a Product Owner, Technical Lead, and Team Leader. Technically strong and agile, the team supports a multi-country application currently deployed in 13 countries, serving 550 concurrent agents/users, with plans to expand further. ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with non-technical stakeholders tounderstand business needsand translate them into effective technical solutions, identifying gaps or ambiguities in requirements. Support an architect and a junior developer as theirmain point of reference. Design and implementintegration servicesacross heterogeneous systems anddata models, and define mechanisms tomonitortheir status post-deployment. Analyse business processes and document relevant information in Confluence. Develop and executeunit tests, andmanage deploymentof software across frontend, application, and database layers. Contribute toteam goalsby supporting other developers and promoting a collaborative, high-performance environment. Ensurelong-term maintainabilityand operational excellence of projects. Required qualifications and skillsYou must bring 3 to 6 years of experience as a developer, with hands-on experience in both backend and frontend roles. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
