ACCIONA is looking for a Cost Control Manager for its construction business. Implement the assigned parts of the project within his/her unit/department, in keeping with established procedure, facilitating compliance with established deadlines and coordinating the necessary resources (human and material), so as to contribute to significantly improving the project.They are responsible for implementing and monitoring mechanisms for cost control and quality control for the services provided by external suppliers in operational management of the buildings, and services for employees. The duties include, tracking of conformity of services provided by external suppliers with the contract;
drawing up and distributing of a reporting system for activity control.Budget ManagementDevelop, review, and maintain the project budget.Ensure alignment of budget with project scope and schedule.Cost Monitoring & ReportingTrack actual costs against budgeted costs.Prepare regular cost reports and variance analyses for management.Risk AnalysisWork closely with project managers, procurement, and finance teams.Liaise with contractors and suppliers to validate cost data.Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Quantity Surveying, Finance, or related field.Experience: 5+ years in cost control for large-scale infrastructure projects.Technical Skills: Proficiency in cost management software (e.G., Primavera, SAP, or similar), MS Excel, and project management tools.
