Position Overview
* Manage and continuously optimize the brand's website (content updates, product launches, UX improvements, and storytelling consistency)
* Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms
* Build and manage a content calendar aligned with product drops, campaigns, and brand storytelling
* Develop and execute email marketing, CRM flows, and retargeting strategies
* Analyze customer data and campaign performance to drive smarter, more personalized marketing decisions
* Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and tastemakers in key markets
* Manage PR and social media agency
* Track performance across all channels and continuously optimize for growth, engagement, and conversion
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years of experience in DTC digital marketing and performance funnels
* Experience managing PR
* Strong experience managing websites (Shopify, Sanity, and similar CMS preferred) with a focus on UX and conversion
* Hands-on experience running and optimizing paid media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, retargeting)
* Proven track record growing social media channels in a premium or luxury context
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
* Excellent storytelling, writing, and visual judgment
* Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, algorithms, and luxury consumer behavior
* Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning multiple channels end-to-end
* Experience in watches, jewelry, or high-end lifestyle brands
* Based in Mallorca
About the Role
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will execute through the full marketing ecosystem from brand storytelling to performance.
You will be responsible for how the brand shows up across every touchpoint: social, website, paid media, CRM, and PR. From first impression to final conversion, your role is to ensure every interaction feels premium, consistent, and intentional.
