As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our expansion. Build and grow key client relationships nationally and internationally—from C-suite executives to HR decision-makers.
Understand the client needs and propose best solutions and advice the client through the market research and understanding
Make market research of the competitors and industry trends
Identify new business opportunities by staying ahead of industry trends, market shifts, and key player movements.
Craft and present tailor-made talent solutions that meet each client’s unique strategic needs.
Conduct impactful meetings, pitch solutions, and negotiate contracts for both executive search and large-scale recruitment projects.
Collaborate with our team of expert consultants to deliver exceptional results.
Represent the company at industry events, associations, trade fairs, and top business schools, acting as a trusted expert and brand ambassador.
Proven success in B2B sales or business development, ideally in recruitment, executive search, consuting and stategic business.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
Fluent in Spanish and English; other languages are a plus.
