At Axarquía Properties, a leading real estate agency on the Costa del Sol, we are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our international team.
You will represent our portfolio of properties across the Axarquía region and assist international clients in buying and selling homes.
Your Responsibilities
* Actively promote and sell properties in the Axarquía area
* Manage leads and follow up with clients in person, by phone, and online
* Organize and conduct property viewings
* Support clients throughout the purchase process with professionalism and care
* Coordinate with the office team and marketing department
Requirements
* Fluent English and Spanish (additional languages such as German, Dutch, or French are a big plus)
* Based near Málaga, and have knowledge of the Axarquia area and Costa del Sol.
* Valid driver’s license and own car (essential)
* Previous experience in real estate sales or a similar client-facing role
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Professional, organized, and proactive personality
