We work with colocation providers, hyperscale infrastructure developers, and energy-conscious AI platforms to redefine how compute power is delivered at scale.Role SummaryWe are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Executive to lead customer acquisition and strategic partnerships in Europe. The successful candidate will build relationships with colocation operators, data center developers, and enterprise AI customers—driving MatraVolt’s go-to-market efforts and positioning us as the partner of choice for next-generation AI infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a regional business development strategy targeting AI-centric and high-density data center operators across Europe.Identify and engage with prospective customers, including colocation providers, hyperscalers, and system integrators.Qualify leads, prepare proposals, and drive the end-to-end sales cycle through to deal closure.Build a strong pipeline of opportunities across key markets (e.g., FLAP-D, Nordics, Iberia, CEE).Represent MatraVolt at relevant industry events, trade shows, and conferences.Work cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams to shape solution proposals aligned to customer requirements.Provide market feedback and intelligence to help shape product positioning and regional strategy.Ideal Profile5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles within the data center sector.Strong network across European colocation and AI/HPC infrastructure buyers is highly desirable.Understanding of technical sales processes and ability to communicate complex infrastructure value propositions clearly.Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.Willingness to travel within Europe as required.Contract DetailsType: Contractor / Independent ConsultantCompensation: Monthly retainer + Competitive success-based commissionStart: ImmediateDuration: Initial 6–12 months, with potential to extend or convertWhy Join MatraVoltHelp scale a solution already validated by the largest AI data center deployment globallyWork at the intersection of deep-tech, energy, infrastructure, and AI computeFlexible working model with high autonomyPlay a key role in shaping the future of AI infrastructure across Europe
