**About us**:- invoitix is a young fintech start-up founded in Baden Switzerland in 2018, offering Europe’s largest digital invoicing platform. Our services include invoice generation, receivables management and cash flow optimization for Road Transport and logistics companies throughout Europe. We are expanding quickly and need your support in our growth._- We are looking for a motivated person to join our office in Spain, able to work independently as well as in our young and international team._**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for communicating with the client with local language abilities as needed- Responsible for creating client contracts, sending them to potential clients and when returned, confirming that they are properly signed, scanning the contracts, and storing the scans on the shared drive, bundling multiple original contracts for postal shipment to the invoitix headquarters.- Reports to and supports the Customer Service Team Lead**Qualifications**:- You have sales experience in customer service- You will work in a multicultural team, so, besides Spanish language, B2 or higher level of written and spoken English is an essential requirement for this position- Knowledge of German or other European language is a big plus- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams)**Competencies**:- Excellent communication skills and genuine interest in people- Team spirit- Problem-solving orientation- Patient and assertive**What we offer**:- Work in a cozy startup atmosphere and with young team of international professionals- Fair and competitive employment terms- Your wellbeing is important to us**Salary**: From 1,400.00€ per month**Experience**:- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)- Spanish (required)- German (preferred)
