For the expansion of our team, we are seeking to hire in **Getafe (Madrid)** a dynamic and motivated **Business Development Manager**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive Business Growth**: Identify and pursue new opportunities by establishing relationships with potential clients, strategic partners, and suppliers within the power conversion sector.
- **Market Intelligence**: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and identify growth areas.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare and deliver compelling commercial and technical proposals tailored to client needs and project requirements.
- **Contract Management**: Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and close agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**:Technical education in electrical engineering with specialization in Power Electronics.
- **Languages**: Excellent english language skills. Spanish is good to have, other EU languages are a plus.
- **Experience**: At least 5 years experience in the power conversion industry.
- **Specific knowledge**: Power Electronics.
