We're hiring a Paid Ads Growth Lead (Werkstudent) to help us fix jaw pain.
We're a medical device startup helping people manage jaw pain, clenching, and TMJ disorders. Pre-seed stage, growing fast.
We're looking for someone who can run paid campaigns that actually convert.
Here's the deal:
→ 17h/week, €1,000/month, fully remote
→ You own paid acquisition on Meta and TikTok end to end
→ You set up tracking, test creatives, scale winners, kill losers
→ You work directly with the founders and our content creator
→ Salary progresses fast if you hit your goals. Commission if you deliver.
→ Clear path to full time with equity after graduation
What you need:
→ Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master (Only 6 months left to graduate = Bonus)
→ Werkstudent eligible
→ Fluent in German and English
→ Hands on experience running paid ads with real results
→ You actually use AI in your daily work
