We supply products and services, many of them customized, in almost all industries from automotive to the wind energy markets.**Responsibilities**:- System Operation- Ensuring continous operation of global IT Workplace and mobile systems in cooperation with the German headquarter, partners and based on standards and internal guidelines- Monitoring, incident handling (2nd level support) and reporting- Implementation of adjustments and enhancements incl. creation of the required documentation System Development- Design, implementation and further development of modern IT workplace and mobile solutions based on M365 and business requirements- Standardization and optimization of World-wide services in the area of IT infrastructure as well as management and qualification of external partner projects- Be part of international IT projects and lead specific sub-projects**Qualifications**:- Engineering Bachelor or Master degree in the field of Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or skills acquired in several years of experience in similar work- Deep IT knowledge in Workplace and mobile Systems (Desktops, Notebooks, Printers, Mobile Devices); Microsoft Device management with Intune and Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud solutions (certification e.G.
