We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager with extensive experience in performance and loyalty marketing, capable of leading acquisition and engagement strategies across web and app platforms. The role involves designing comprehensive full-funnel strategies in paid media and lifecycle marketing, with a focus on efficiency, profitability, and ROI enhancement. The goal is to increase qualified leads, reduce CAC, maximize LTV, and optimize every euro invested. This position requires a strategic mindset combined with strong analytical skills, leadership of external agencies, prioritization of digital projects, and a proactive approach to innovative solutions that deliver measurable results in Iberia.
Responsibilities and Objectives:
* Design digital acquisition and retention strategies to impact ROI directly.
* Establish, measure, and optimize performance KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, repeat rate, and conversion rate.
* Create dashboards and generate insights for strategic, data-driven decision-making.
* Lead reporting and analysis of acquisition and loyalty results, focusing on impact and return.
* Prioritize and drive high-impact digital projects.
* Utilize first- and third-party data to segment audiences and optimize campaigns for higher returns.
* Explore and test new channels and tactics for acquisition or loyalty, assessing their profitability.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Product, Tech, BI, Customer Experience, and Brand teams.
* Manage and develop the digital team, emphasizing results and continuous improvement.
* Supervise external agencies to ensure efficiency, innovation, and accountability.
* Control and optimize the digital budget to maximize returns on investments.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of digital marketing experience in fast-growing environments such as startups, scaleups, or tech companies.
* Strategic and operational expertise in paid media campaigns across channels (Meta, Google, Bing, TikTok, affiliates) and CRM/lifecycle marketing.
* Experience leading digital projects and optimizing conversion funnels in web/app environments.
* Proven ability to sustainably improve ROI and make data-driven decisions.
* Advanced knowledge of third-party data, analysis, and segmentation tools.
* Experience leading teams and agencies with a results-oriented approach.
* Analytical, creative, and performance-driven profile, comfortable with testing and iteration.
* Native Spanish or equivalent language skills. Fluent English (minimum C1) is essential. Portuguese is a plus.
* Experience working with international teams in matrix organizations.
