We are expanding our team of MQTs in Vigo due to the new Recuperator project. The MQT provides technical and documentation support in the industrialization of new products and in current production processes, in order to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the production lines. Supports MQEs and PLs in adjusting manufacturing processes and assembly lines, solving or helping to solve quality or assembly line issues. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSABILITIES: Support the correction and adjustment of current and future production processes and assembly lines. Collaborate in quality improvement and provide documentation support to production processes. Support the definition of the layout of the production plant. Assist in the preparation of reports with the results of testing phases and quality documentation for new products. Contribute to the continuous improvement process: scrap reduction, rework reduction, quality issues, cost reduction, etc. Support the use of Maintenance Management Tools (Preventive / Predictive). Support the development of machine specifications. Respect safety and cleanliness standards in the workplace. Comply with safety, quality, productivity, hygiene, and environmental protection standards. Comply with the organization’s internal rules and regulations: Code of Ethics, Collective Agreement, etc. Perform other tasks that support MQEs / PLs.
