🔧 The Role: Solution Engineer
As a Solution Engineer, you’ll sit at the intersection of tech, product, and customer success.
Your mission: ensure smooth API integrations and guide customers in adopting the platform successfully.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
* Lead customer onboarding and guide them through API integrations
* Understand business & technical needs and translate them into technical solutions
* Join pre-sales calls to assess feasibility and propose approaches
* Work closely with Product & Tech teams to improve integrations and workflows
* Contribute to technical documentation, guidelines, and best practices
* Provide first-line technical support, help customers read APIs, solve integration issues
👤 Who You Are:
* 3+ years of experience in a technical / client-facing role (fintech or startup experience = BIG plus)
* Strong understanding of how technical components work together (APIs, integrations, security, data)
* Bonus skills:
* ➕ SQL
* ➕ Python
* ➕ Accounting knowledge
* Ability to understand customer use cases and translate them into technical solutions
* Excellent verbal/written communication with both technical & non-technical stakeholders
* Strong project management, autonomy, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
* Curious, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
* Fluency in French & English (Dutch is a plus)
