Role Responsibilities
* Provide accurate information about products, address customer questions and concerns, and explain company policies clearly.
* Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the company's values and delivering excellent customer service.
Training will be provided to become an expert in vehicles, customer support, and procedures. The role requires proficiency in Dutch (C2 level) and English (C1 level or fluent).
