YOUR ROLLE AT SIXT
* You will be the frist point of contact for our German customers and a helping hand for all inquiries before, during and after the booking
* You will support our custumer overthe phone and via e-mail
* You excite ourcustomers with your know-how of our products and services
* You increase customer satisfaction and loyalty with your friendly and professional work
* You act as team player and solve administrative tasks within your team
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
* You are fully proficient in German and speak English fluently
* Your have a great passion for service and enjoy assisting customers
* You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
* You have previous experience working with MS-OfficeYou enjoy working from home and are willing to do so Monday to Sunday
