WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
5+ years of software development experience.
At least 2 years of experience as a Tech Lead.
Main stack: Python.
Node.js: experience is a plus, but strong leadership experience can substitute.
Hands-on experience with MongoDB and NoSQL databases.
Fluent in English and native in Spanish.
Experience with other backend technologies such as .NET or Java is a strong plus.
