We are now looking for a proactive, capable, and creative hands‑on Marketing Manager to take ownership of the day‑to‑day marketing function and help drive our brand, communication, and marketing activities forward.
About the Role
This is a broad, hands‑on role for an experienced marketing professional who enjoys both execution and continuous improvement.
You will be the primary and sole marketing resource within the business, working closely with management and the sales team to deliver marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, support business growth and generate opportunities for sales.
We believe strong branding and effective communication play a vital role in building trust, increasing visibility and ultimately driving business results. We are therefore looking for someone who understands that marketing is not only about creating content—it is about supporting the commercial success of the company.
We are not looking for a pure social media manager or content creator. We are looking for a marketing professional with a solid understanding of marketing as a whole—from brand and communication to digital marketing, website management, analytics, SEO and performance optimisation.
You will have significant autonomy and freedom to drive projects forward, identify opportunities and implement improvements while collaborating closely with management on overall direction and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute and continuously improve the company's marketing activities across digital, print and brand channels.
* Ensure all marketing initiatives contribute to strengthening the company's market position and supporting commercial objectives.
* Maintain and strengthen brand positioning and visual consistency across all customer touchpoints.
* Work closely with management and the sales team to align marketing activities with business priorities and opportunities.
* Identify opportunities to increase visibility, attract qualified prospects and support lead generation.
* Create, coordinate and publish marketing content for digital and print communications.
* Manage website content and work proactively to improve user experience, engagement and conversion opportunities.
* Support SEO initiatives and contribute to improving organic visibility and website performance.
* Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
* Manage social media channels and content calendars.
* Monitor website and marketing performance using GA4 and other analytics tools.
* Analyse results, customer behaviour, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
* Utilise AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, research, and content development.
* Coordinate external suppliers, including photographers, videographers, designers, printers, and agencies.
* Support the marketing of property listings, developments, and company services.
* Identify and implement improvements across marketing processes, customer journeys, and communication channels.
* Stay informed about marketing trends, digital developments, and emerging technologies.
About You
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a broad marketing role.
* Strong understanding of how branding, communication, and marketing activities contribute to business growth and commercial success.
* Experience working across multiple marketing disciplines rather than a single specialist area.
* Quality-oriented with great attention to detail.
* Ability to balance creativity with commercial thinking and measurable outcomes.
* Familiarity with GA4, SEO fundamentals, website content management systems, email marketing platforms, and AI tools.
* Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to support decision‑making.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Comfortable with being present on camera.
* Creative with a good eye for design and visual language.
* Team player
* Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership.
* Spanish is highly desirable.
* Additional languages are an advantage.
Success in this role will be measured not only by the quality of our marketing and brand presence, but also by how effectively marketing supports our company's commercial objectives and growth.

Salary: €32,000 - 35,000 gross per year
