Aristocrat offers an outstanding opportunity for a Sales Enablement Support EMEA to join our dynamic team. As a key player within the sales division, you will significantly impact our business operations and growth strategy. This role is uniquely positioned to support our Sales Director EMEA and work closely with various internal departments, ensuring the execution of sales strategies and customer happiness.
What You’ll Do
* Supervise sales opportunities and coordinate quotes and in-progress orders.
* Provide outstanding customer service and account record management in CRM.
* Support the region by preparing documentation and liaising with customers and internal departments.
* Assist the Sales Director with day-to-day tasks, including preparing presentations and collecting information for meetings.
* Maintain the quote process and assist with documentation for crafting and processing orders.
* Follow up with customers or internal departments about order status and troubleshoot problems.
* Collaborate with logistics, quality personnel, and others involved in shipment and delivery.
* Develop and monitor performance indicators for sales and staff, using sales tracking tools and compiling reports.
* Perform data entry tasks for sales figures and maintain organized reporting in CRM.
* Contact customers to answer queries and acquire missing information.
What We’re Looking For
* Intermediate computer literacy with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Business degree, business diploma, or other relevant qualification.
* Proficient in English & Spanish; French is highly appreciated.
* Effective project planning, time management, and organizational skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Problem‑solving ability and capability to work autonomously.
* Ability to build positive relationships with internal collaborators and provide outstanding service to external customers.
* Friendly and positive personality with excellent communication skills.
* Understanding of business concepts including marketing, sales methodology, and operational efficiencies.
