To support this strategic entry, we are recruiting a Channel Manager to lead the development of the Spanish distribution network and contribute directly to the company’s sales success.
Job Purpose:
The Channel Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing the brand’s dealer and distribution network across Spain. The role involves recruiting and onboarding qualified retail partners, implementing operational standards, and ensuring the commercial network is capable of delivering the company’s ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Distribution Strategy & Development
• Define and implement the go-to-market distribution strategy in alignment with brand objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and secure partnerships with new dealers and distribution partners in key regions.
• Ensure optimal geographic coverage and market penetration in both urban and regional areas.
Dealer Management & Operational Support
• Develop and implement dealer standards covering sales operations, showroom presentation, customer service, and compliance.
• Monitor dealer performance, including sales, stock turnover, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Provide hands-on support and coaching to dealer partners to ensure they meet brand expectations.
Network Expansion & Performance Optimization
• Plan and execute the national dealer network roadmap, including new openings, relocations, and terminations.
