Experteer Overview
In this role you will translate advanced automation technologies into clear value for life science researchers and lead the GTM for the Life Sciences Automation portfolio. You’ll work cross-functionally to shape messaging, content, and campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue. You’ll combine scientific insight with market data to optimize go-to-market efforts and enable commercial teams. This is a chance to influence how automation accelerates scientific discovery and patient impact with a globally recognized life sciences leader.

• Define differentiated market positioning and value propositions to strengthen brand and competitive advantage
• Lead customer-backed commercialization and go-to-market execution, including product launches across product, sales, marketing, and support
• Continuously optimize GTM performance using market feedback, win/loss, and funnel data to improve sales enablement and demand generation
• Own end-to-end product content strategy across the customer journey, synthesizing buyer and competitive intelligence for campaigns and enablement
Responsabilidades
• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field; PhD or MBA is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, laboratory automation, or related roles in life sciences
• Solid understanding of automated laboratory workflows and technologies in life sciences research
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to simplify complex technical concepts
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Experience in developing marketing content and supporting product launches
