Responsibilities:
1. Key Responsibilities
2. Maintain relationships with key customers
3. Participate in annual negotiations and monitor the implementation of agreed trading conditions
4. Execute an annual customer plan to develop the potential of the categories (based on international core range and NPD)
5. Present and list new products in the assortment matrix of customers
6. Develop, coordinate, and implement the promotional grid and marketing standards of the company with customers
7. Additional Responsibilities
8. Execute Trade Marketing Budgets and Plans for KA, including the full Marketing Mix
9. Prepare sales reports and control budgets and investments
10. Forecast monthly sales volumes
11. Interactions (internal & external)
12. Collaborate with Local Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Field Salesforce
13. Engage with Retailers, 3rd party Merchandising Companies
14. Coordinate with International Key Account Managers, sales, and brand groups
Qualifications:
1. Professional Experience and Education
2. University degree
3. 2-3 years of FMCG Key Account Management experience
4. Specific Knowledge
5. Good knowledge and understanding of KA, customers, and competitors
6. Understanding of client P&L and activation strategies
7. Familiarity with key financial figures
8. Specific Skills
9. Strong communication skills
10. Analytical thinking
11. Negotiation skills
12. Ability to work in teams and independently
