Tasks
Your responsibilities and impact as a Junior Recruitment Lead will include:
* Creating your own Client portfolio with your manager's help through business development
* Ensuring delivery within your scope:
o Overseeing & mastering the full Candidate Life Cycle
o Handling & mastering account management independently
o Providing successful backup when required
o Managing qualitative Clients & Candidates processes
* Business Development Responsibilities:
o Maintaining weekly communication with clients
o Mastering the Client onboarding process from Business Development to placement
o Managing an active portfolio of clients
* Managing one or two juniors successfully with your Manager's support and coordinating team involvement in Blu Projects, including BD:
o Introducing new ideas for improvement at Blu Selection
o Managing your team’s KPIs dashboard
o Creating action plans for your team

* Native level of German
* Proficient level of English
* Minimum 3 years of significant experience in Sales (outbound calls & business development) or Customer Support
