We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join the team in Malaga.
Role Overview
You will support the achievement of sales targets and overall partner performance. The role includes comprehensive training, modern tools, and ongoing guidance to ensure strong performance and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue through partner collaboration.
* Manage partner pipeline, identifying new opportunities and driving successful deal closure.
* Understand the partner market and competition to evaluate reseller potential.
* Build partner loyalty and drive engagement in product training and certifications.
* Ensure partners leverage promotions, events, and programs effectively.
* Collaborate with partners to generate revenue through campaigns and opportunity management.
* Identify qualified opportunities and support partners in closing deals, including large opportunities.
* Work closely with internal teams to maximize revenue and partner satisfaction.
* Monitor execution of marketing plans and co-marketing activities, ensuring ROI.
* Attend partner events when required to strengthen relationships.
Requirements
* Norwegian language at C2 level
* English language at C1 level
* Previous experience in technical sales (minimum 2 years preferred)
* Familiarity with channel programs is an advantage
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
What We Offer
* Full‑time permanent contract (39 hours/week).
* Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00
* Base salary: 20,000 euros gross/year + up to 4,800 euros gross/year in bonus.
