**How will it be to work with us?**:
You'll be the go-to person behind our training operations—helping our instructors and crew stay current, certified, and organized. You’ll work closely with systems, data, and people to make sure training runs like clockwork.
**Your main tasks**:
**1. Keep our training records sharp and up to date**:Track and control all training records using PDFs and TMS (Prodefis).
**2. Coordinate the Cabin Crew Training Team**:Provide support, solve small daily issues, and keep communication flowing with a positive tone.
**3. Control and organize all training needs**:
- Schedule trainings based on expiry dates and course cycles.
- Plan Initial, Upgrade, Ground, and Special Courses, ensuring everything aligns with regulatory and internal rules.
- Make sure our instructors meet the requirements to stay current.
**4. Update systems and platforms**:
- Track and update the system of the cabin crew chronograms in AIMS (Syllabus, Codes, expiries, etc.).
- Manage the Cabin Crew Training inbox with care and attention.
- Activate, follow up, and report on E-learnings via Pelesys and AIMS.

**What will make you succeed in this position**:
You don’t need to be a pilot or an instructor, but you **do need to be organized, reliable, and comfortable with systems and data**. If you love ticking boxes, creating order, and helping others stay on track—you’ll thrive in this role.
- Fluent in **English and Spanish** (written and spoken).
- Advanced **Excel** skills—you know your way around formulas, tables, and tracking tools.
- You enjoy back-office work and find satisfaction in keeping things organized and running smoothly.
- Experience in a **Training Department**, **AIMS** or aviation training systems like **Pelesys**or** Prodefis** is a plus.
- Availability for a 6 months role + possibility to extend.
