Key Responsibilities: Assist in the execution and monitoring of business and banking-related projects.
Develop executive reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
Manage and track project costs and timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse data related to GTB solutions, including payments and commercial financing products.
Support project planning activities and contribute to agile ceremonies and delivery cycles.
Utilise tools such as JIRA, ALM, and Microsoft Teams for day-to-day project coordination.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team and business.
Qualifications and Experience: University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in a consulting or business analysis role.
Previous involvement in banking projects (especially GTB, payments, or supply chain finance like Confirming or Factoring) is a strong plus.
Exposure to project management practices; familiarity with Agile methodologies is a bonus.
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, ALM, and MS Teams.
Strong computer literacy and data handling skills.
Fluent in English (B2–C1) – written and spoken.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams.
Willingness and ability to relocate to Spain (relocation support available).
