Join our After-Sales Department as an **After-Sales Technical Support Specialist** (f/m/d)**, delivering specialized technical support both remotely and on-site. You’ll ensure seamless performance and maintenance of Palfinger equipment—hydraulic cranes, polybooms, and aerial platforms—while upholding our commitment to excellence and driving exceptional customer satisfaction.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to the dealer network to ensure equipment operates efficiently
- Monitor and manage follow-ups on service campaigns and specific action items
- Translate and distribute technical documentation to the relevant stakeholders
- Participate in training sessions in Spain and Austria to maintain and enhance technical expertise
- Deliver hands-on technical training covering repair and commissioning of equipment to dealer personnel as needed
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**:
- A degree in Mechanical, Electronic, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with at least 3 years’ experience in after-sales service or maintenance of heavy machinery
- Strong technical expertise in mechanics, hydraulics, and electronic systems, including troubleshooting with diagnostic tools
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, managing complex situations under pressure while ensuring quality standards both remotely and on -site
- Excellent teamwork skills with a collaborative mindset and focus on achieving shared goals
- Fluency in Spanish (C1) and English (C1 level) both spoken and writen
