What You’ll Be Doing :
* Act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams—understanding and translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
* Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to uncover client goals, pain points, and opportunities for innovation.
* Analyze data, processes, and systems to identify gaps and recommend scalable solutions that align with business objectives.
* Document detailed functional and non-functional requirements using tools like Confluence, Jira, or similar platforms.
* Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and clients throughout the SDLC to ensure solution alignment.
* Support prioritization of features and backlog grooming to ensure the delivery team is focused on the highest-value work.
* Define and track KPIs to evaluate project success and inform future iterations.
* Help clients refine business processes and adopt best practices for digital transformation.
What You Bring :
* 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a digital product, software development, or consulting environment.
* Proven ability to gather, synthesize, and communicate complex business and technical information effectively.
* Strong proficiency in requirements management and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Lucidchart.
* Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—you can adapt your approach for developers, executives, and end users alike.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights that drive decision-making.
* Experience in user story creation, process mapping, and functional documentation.
* Bonus : Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or systems integration concepts.
