Job Summary :
We seek a talented Marketing Specialist to support the Marketing Manager in executing strategic marketing initiatives across various channels. The role involves managing digital marketing efforts, lead acquisition, content creation, CRM, analytics, media PR, and event coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about impactful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
* Manage Graitec's local social media platforms (Facebook and LinkedIn), including posting and administration.
* Oversee local websites, including translations from English to French.
* Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and corporate team to develop and maintain the company's website.
* Facilitate digital initiatives and promote a digital culture within the organization.
* Coordinate with sales to develop and maintain a webinar calendar: create pages, update content, post blogs, organize events, and share Customer Success Stories.
* Localize lead acquisition campaigns to match corporate goals and audience needs.
* Support the implementation of an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy for long-term lead generation.
* Prepare, translate, and distribute newsletter campaigns.
* Monitor marketing and sales funnel metrics to optimize performance and conversion rates throughout the buyer journey.
What You Must Have Done Already :
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
* 3 to 5 years of marketing experience
* Proficiency with Adobe Suite
* Experience with WordPress CMS
* Significant experience managing content websites
* Experience in digital lead acquisition: SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, retargeting, social activation
* Experience with marketing automation tools such as Dynamics, Salesforce, or HubSpot CRM
* Experience collaborating with sales teams

* Knowledge of subscription business models and software companies
