Quality Analyst
**Location**:Gestamp R&D; BiW Boroa, ES, Gestamp R&**Date**:Sep 4, 2024**Key Responsabilities**
- Customer requirement analysis, EV and Battery Box normatives, lead risk analysis in quotation phase, project, and warranties.
- Quality Strategy build and deploy within quotation phase
- Leading Quality Strategy deployment and consolidation within quotation and project phase, in cooperation with areas Engineering, Process, Logistic, industrial, i4.0,...costing and technical redactionsfrom Quality perspective, support on technical review with customer and lead from quality.
- Develop and deployment of Quality standards for quotation and project phases, supporting as active partner digital traceability and product/process parameters monitoring
- Full cooperation for internal projects together with Quality areas, Divisions, Regional, plants.
- Guarantee the achieving of Quality Strategy in each assigned project, by intrenal tools, where cooperate to develop and consolidation.
- Co-lead to quality problems solving within projects phases as well as Serial Production, plant supporting where required.
**Key Qualifications/Requirements**
- Technical titulation, Engineering
- English C1
- High experience on industrialzation phase of automotive projects, Product/Process Qualification.
- 5 years quality experience in automotive sector
- Project industrialzation experinece for automotive sector components, leading full product/process qualification
- Highly appreciated experience and/or speclism on Non Destructive Test (Leak, Electrical,...) and/or testing of Electrical Vehicles components (Battery Box, BAttery Pack) 4. Highly valuable experience on adhesion processes, e-coating, assemblies
- Core Tools knowledge, APQP, MSA, SPC, PPAP, PFMEA
- Experience on CAD 3D user, GD&T;, simulation software tools

Availability for displacements over 50% of the time, full flexible availability according to position responsabilities.
