We are urgently seeking a Senior Java Developer for the European Institutions in Brussels, Belgium.
A work permit is required for non-European candidates, but it will not be provided. EU candidates are welcome to apply and must be willing to relocate. Fluency in English is required. Travel is not necessary for interviews.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Design and develop components and building blocks
* Analyze the integration of different information systems
* Perform data analysis and data modeling
* Coordinate the implementation of the technical architecture
* Participate in technical working groups, progress meetings, and meetings with users
* Define testing needs and assist in testing activities
* Support testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation, and reporting
Profile:
* 5, 10, or 15+ years of Java development experience
* Good knowledge of Spring framework
* Good knowledge of Hibernate
