We're rindus, a People company. We love IT professionals and our passion is to help and
empower our crew to get the best out of themselves, unfold their full potential, and help
them grow.
Because growth is in our mindset, we're doing it since 2017, closely with our German
Partners, helping them shape their software development teams.
So far, we have 160+ crew members of 14 different nationalities sailing with us in the open

About our partner
On behalf of our partner Douglas, we are looking for the best talent to
join rindus. Douglas is a retail company for beauty, health and cosmetic products in 19
European countries. We are collaborating to improve their main product channel, their e-
commerce. With the company headquarters in Düsseldorf (Germany), you will work in a
distributed team from our office in Málaga (Spain).
What you'll be doing
* Leading and coaching your team(s) in their Agile adoption and promoting delivery of business value
* Facilitation and overseeing of an agile development process
* Continuous improvement to ensure agile quality standards and output
* Work closely with the product owner, development team as well as other engineering teams within the company
* Moderation of meetings e.g. stand up, planning, review, retrospective and removing impediments and barriers preventing team progress
* Empower the team towards maximizing its performance and enable a motivated and autonomous team
* Assist the product owner regarding planning and priorities of product backlog
* Visualisation of KPIs of the product in terms of progress, quality and performance
What you'll bring
* Passion and eagerness to coach highly motivated teams who build one of the biggeste-commerce platforms in Germany
* Deep knowledge of Agile (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean) teachings and capable of helping teams to address dysfunctions that may result from teams misinterpreting, ignoring or rejecting Agile and Lean values and principles.
* Exceptional analytical and communication skills
* Ability to coach and guide scrum teams being of a highly empathic and convincing nature
* Several years of experience in managing agile teams
* Certification as Scrum Master or Kanban coach
* Business level English; German skills are a plus
