For one of our main IT customers based in Pozuelo de Alarcón, we are looking for a Business Sales Manager to be responsible for driving the online store growth through new SMB, SMCC, and Enterprise customer acquisition. The role involves hunting for new customers, being the subject matter expert for the end-to-end customer journey, and managing all applicable incentives and partner programs.
General Data :
* Type of contract: Indefinite
* Hours: 09:00 - 18:00 (40 hours)
* Location: Remote
* Start Date: ASAP
* Salary range: 35K - 40K
Role Responsibilities :
* Prospect existing customers who have purchased from the online store in the last three years.
* Prospect using Cloud Ascent data, pulled from propensity data.
* Build pipeline by activating relationships with the Sales Organisation.
* Utilize promotions and OFTs to encourage customer purchases, quote customers, and make calls.
Reporting :
* Tag opportunities within MSX.
* Report on conversion rates.
* Share insights and feedback.
Qualifications :
* Proven sales experience in SMB, SMCC, and Enterprise segments, preferably in the IT industry, with hardware sales experience.
* Strong knowledge of Surface products and solutions.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Passion for technology and customer satisfaction.
* Ability to hunt and close sales pipelines.
