The challenge
Adobe’s Digital Media Enterprise team is looking for a proactive Account Manager to support our Enterprise clients. Responsibilities include sourcing and closing new customers, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves working with enterprise accounts generating over $1B in revenue.
What You’ll Do
* Maintain and grow existing client relationships, including expanding new offerings.
* Drive product revenue in the territory.
* Build strong relationships by understanding client needs and objectives.
* Perform outbound sales efforts to existing customers.
* Develop knowledge of Adobe’s solutions.
* Identify new opportunities from customer challenges.
* Maintain a pipeline to meet sales quotas.
* Enhance customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and drive revenue.
What You Need To Succeed
* 10+ years of proven field account management or sales experience.
* Experience selling complex enterprise solutions.
* Strong relationship-building skills.
* Analytical and computer skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to analyze customer data and make strategic recommendations.

Salary ranges from $227,500 to $357,800 annually, depending on location and experience. Adobe offers a comprehensive compensation package including base salary, commissions, and potentially long-term incentives.
