Being the face of Pleez after client acquisition;
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients;
Tracking and reporting on operational performance, as well as clients' feedback about potential product improvements;
Optimizing and implementing onboarding processes for restaurants;
Continuously monitoring industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions for clients.Ideal profile :
