Your Tasks
? Lead the end-to-end Supply Chain set-up for the new Iberica facility, defining the operating model, governance and standard work, while ensuring full alignment with the main factory in Stans, Switzerland.
? Define, deploy and continuously improve Supply Chain processes (planning, procurement, logistics, inventory and supplier management), translating industrial and business requirements into robust procedures, controls and KPIs.
? Drive the Supply Chain workstream within the S/4HANA implementation, ensuring fit-to-standard process design, master data readiness, system integration and a compliant go-live supporting plant ramp-up.
? Establish strong planning capabilities, including demand and capacity alignment, production scheduling and material planning, coordinating closely with production teams and Stans to secure a stable and reliable start-up.
? Lead strategic procurement activities for direct and indirect spend, including supplier identification and qualification, contract negotiation, performance management and risk mitigation to ensure supply continuity, cost control and quality.
? Build, lead and develop a multidisciplinary high-performance Supply Chain team, fostering accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement, while ensuring effective logistics and production control to deliver customer products on time, on cost and on quality, including deviation management and corrective actions.
With this you convince us
? Engineering degree (e.g. Industrial, Aeronautical or similar) with a solid understanding of industrial and production environments.
? 10+ years of experience in an aerospace production environment, managing a Supply Chain department with end-to-end responsibility.
? Advanced level of English and Spanish is a must; German is a plus in an international and HQ-driven context.
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multifunctional teams.
? A versátil, proactive and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-paced industrial settings.
? A structured, well-organized approach that enables constructive teamwork through clear communication, cooperation and alignment.
