We are seeking an IT Project Engineer who play a key role in a large-scale Windows Security Patching program for a pharmaceutical client, the project is transitioning from delivery to steady-state operations. We are looking for a M2O Coordinator to own and drive this transition, ensuring all processes, documentation, and governance are in place for a seamless handover.
Responsibilities:
Define and execute the Move-to-Operation strategic plan (process, people, tools, governance).
Design the target operating model: roles, escalation paths, SLA/KPI framework.
Prepare and present weekly status updates to stakeholders (progress, risks, blockers).
Document all operational processes in compliance with CFR 21 Part 11 and GxP standards.
Coordinate the knowledge transfer and training plan for the operations team.
Define cutover strategy and hypercare period with clear entry/exit criteria.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical and manufacturing systems
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
3–5 years in IT service transition, project coordination, or IT operations in a regulated environment.
Solid knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 (Service Transition, Continual Improvement).
Familiarity with CFR 21 Part 11: electronic records, audit trails, data integrity (ALCOA+).
Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow or equivalent).
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
structured and methodical approach.
English fluent (mandatory);
French is a plus.

Preferred qualification: ITIL v3/v4 Foundation (minimum), PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
