Daily, across our 32 restaurants in Spain and Portugal, our staff produce delicious food from ethically sourced, organic (when possible), unprocessed ingredients free of artificial preservatives, additives, or refined sugars.We are currently seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role, you will play a key part in translating company strategies into daily operations to achieve objectives, scale the business, drive efficiency, and uphold the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction across all locations.Responsibilities include :
Leading and managing daily operations.Analyzing and overseeing internal processes, establishing high operational standards, and identifying areas for improvement.Collaborating with the CEO to set and drive organizational vision, operational strategies, and staffing levels.Driving growth and expansion strategies, translating them into actionable steps.Ensuring excellent guest experiences by overseeing the implementation of the company's hospitality philosophy and collaborating with marketing and other departments to maintain brand integrity.Working closely with the finance team to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets.Monitoring financial performance, P&L statements, and KPIs to make data-driven decisions to improve profitability and operational efficiency.Partnering with HR to ensure effective recruitment, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention.Identifying, implementing, and optimizing technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency, customer service, and data management.Analyzing industry trends, market demands, and competitor activity to adjust operational strategies.Skills & Qualifications :
* Proven experience as a COO, Operations Director, or senior leader in the hospitality or restaurant industry;
* experience managing multiple locations is a plus.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards operational excellence.Capability to develop and implement operational strategies supporting long-term growth and scalability.Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, P&L, and cost control.Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.Strong problem-solving skills for quick and effective issue resolution.Fluent in Spanish and English;
knowledgeof additionallanguages is a plus.What you need to succeed :
