We are looking for an Account Manager who will increase the presence of products in the markets under their responsibility, achieving the best possible profitability and opening new customers.Main responsibilities:
- Analyze current markets and explore opportunities in new ones.- Lead and nurture commercial relationships in assigned markets, managing the customer portfolio through visits, identifying needs, and detecting business opportunities.- Propose and implement an annual business plan.- Assess and offer tailored solutions to secure sales contracts with new clients by aligning products and projects with their specific needs.- Oversee project execution to ensure commitments to customers are fully met, maintaining a high standard of service and satisfaction.Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar.- At least 4 years of experience in a similar position.- High level of both oral and written English.- Valuable other languages (German, Japanese).- Proactive, with strategic thinking, strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and effective decision-making.- Skilled at working autonomously and collaboratively, excelling in relationship management, negotiation, and communication with key clients.We Offer:
