Together, we can shape the future.As a Solution Analyst in the IT Product Group, you will support solutions across our application landscape.You translate business needs into robust, scalable application designs with support of the Solution architect; deliver changes end-to-end; and steward the solution through its lifecycle, ensuring secure, compliant and cost-effective operations in line with our Product Group model.Skills and Experience Requirements :Must‑have· Demonstrable Workday experience (configuration, rollout and/or support) across one or more modules (e.g., HCM Core, Security).· Strong analysis and solution design skills; comfortable with process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test plans.· Proven delivery in a product or project environment collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.· Excellent communication in English; able to translate technical topics into business valueNice‑to‑have· Experience with Workday integrations (EIB/Studio), calculated fields and security.· Familiarity with release and testing cycles.Sibelco recognise the strength of our diverse global workforce and value difference and inclusion for all.
