Job Title: HPE Networking NWE Services Account Manager
Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid – Tuesday to Thursday in office)
Join a vibrant and driven team within HPE Aruba Networking's Services Sales organization, where our primary focus is ensuring continued customer success through renewals and service expansion. As the specialists behind the services side of the business, we play a key role in securing long-term relationships by working closely with customers, local sales teams, partners, and other stakeholders. Our dynamic, collaborative team thrives on cross-functional cooperation and is passionate about delivering top-tier service solutions that keep our customers' networks running smoothly and efficiently.
About the Role
Join our HPE Networking team in Spain as a Services Account Manager focused on the North Western Europe region. You'll be part of a growing, collaborative team of 30, directly working under a growing 5-person unit. This role involves managing renewals, upsells, and new business, supporting customers with hardware and services critical to their IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a mix of existing customers (90% farming) and new business development (10% hunting)
Drive renewals by engaging directly with end customers and unlocking additional business opportunities
Proactively engage with customers to expand service coverage, defend the installed base, and upsell tailored solutions
Own the end-to-end renewal cycle, from planning and quoting to negotiation and closure
Collaborate with presales, local sales, and channel partners to deliver best-in-class customer outcomes
Maintain an accurate forecast and manage your sales pipeline using HPE tools and processes
What You'll Need
1+ year of IT Sales experience
Fluency in German
Strong sales mindset and a passion for IT
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to handle renewals and upsells
Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented
