Technical Process Specialist

We are looking for a Technical Process Specialist to implement compliance processes, draft policies, support testing, and improve procedures. The role requires defining compliance requirements, working closely with product and technical teams to implement controls, conduct extensive testing before deployment, and ensure products are technically compliant across the markets assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Derive compliance requirements from laws and regulations and assist the business in entering new markets, translating regulatory requirements into technical specifications and BRDs for the product roadmap.
- Define acceptance test criteria and perform compliance testing prior to deployment.
- Define monitoring requirements for compliance controls.
- Lead ensuring technology remains compliant with all relevant regulations, licence requirements and certifications.
- Collaborate across the organization, primarily between Compliance and Tech, and with Security, Product and Data, embedding compliance as a core component of all delivery.
- Provide guidance to technical teams on regulatory requirements.

Conduct periodic internal reviews and audits to test ongoing compliance.
- Arrange, prepare for and manage external audits and certifications and address any findings within agreed deadlines.
- Handle regulatory reporting, including scheduling, compiling, checking and uploading reports with the relevant personnel.
- Review and amend all technical policies to ensure they are up to date with relevant rules, laws and regulations and that proper processes are in place.
- Research technical requirements and regulations for relevant markets and liaise with senior management to enable solutions for compliance.
- Act as a point of reference for questions regarding technical standards and compliance processes related to technical changes.
Requirements
- Technical qualifications or professional certifications in a relevant field, ideally in Information Systems, Computer Sciences or Compliance.
- Minimum of three years experience in a compliance or product role in iGaming and an understanding of online gaming legislation.
- Experience working in the British, Spanish and/or Brazilian markets is considered an asset.
- Experience in a technical role is highly advantageous.
- Firm understanding of industry best practice standards and requirements.
- Fluent English;
speaking Spanish or Portuguese is an asset.
- Proven track record within a similar role.
