Your role
All of follow tasks will be with regards to Track & Trace:
1. is the responsible application-owner for globally used applications and systems.
2. is the responsible contact for the account managers and project managers at Siegfried's technology partners.
3. is the responsible contact for internal stakeholders.
4. projects.
5. responsibly manages rollouts and software updates.
6. is responsible for coordinating changes, updates and rollouts in cooperation with Siegfried's clients.
7. Tasks:
8. settingup (onboarding) new clients, setting up products, establishing data-exchange processes with regards to T&T
9. lead the qualification and validation of IT/OT systems and processes with regards to T&T
10. keeping client and product data as well as processes up-to-date according to current compliance guidelines
11. changing of products to already on-boarded clients; checking of inputs on Uhlmann done by co-workers
12. first contact point for any issues regarding IT/OT-systems and interfaces with regards to T&T, e.g. TraceLink, Uhlmann site-server, UAP, web view, SAP or any other T&T system
13. first contact point for customers/clients(MAH) as well as 3rd party CMOs with regards to T&T issues and related IT/OT and dataflow and Masterdata problems
14. SAP T&T super user; first contact point for all T&T issues (customer-service, master data management, supply chain)
Your profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited college or university and at least three years system administration/network & automation experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment,; or, an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
