Powerdot accelerates sustainable mobility by building a network of electric‑vehicle chargers where life happens. As an Account Manager you will own a portfolio of partners, ensuring long‑term partnership success and aligning partner needs with Powerdot’s strategy.
Responsibilities
* Manage and nurture a portfolio of partners, fostering ongoing growth and mutual success.
* Develop strong communication channels, building trust and collaboration with each partner.
* Hold regular partner meetings to review performance, identify new opportunities, and deepen engagement.
* Negotiate partner agreements and expand the network with third parties.
* Analyze partner performance data, uncover insights, and support strategic decision‑making.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally to streamline processes, improve partner experience, and unlock new business opportunities.
Qualifications
* 2‑4 years of business development, account management, or client‑facing roles.
* Proven ability to build relationships and deliver results.
* Strong commercial acumen and a data‑driven mindset.
* Excellent organisational skills; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
* Outstanding communication skills in Spanish and English, able to influence at all levels.
* Owner mindset: you take initiative and drive improvement.
