In this role, you'll be the voice of the brand—providing exceptional support, solving problems, and making every interaction a positive one for our Italian-speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities :
1. Deliver outstanding service to Italian-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone.
2. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions quickly and effectively.
3. Guide customers through product features, processes, and best practices.
4. Proactively identify issues and suggest improvements to the customer journey.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless support.
6. Track, prioritize, and resolve customer queries using internal systems (CRM tools).
7. Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and supporting peers.
What You’ll Bring :
1. Native-level Italian (spoken and written).
2. Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
3. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
4. Strong communication and active listening skills.
5. Empathy, patience, and a problem-solving attitude.
6. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
7. Comfort using digital tools and CRM systems (training provided).
